The Answers You Need
  • How do I get started working with you?
    It's a fairly simple process! Once you schedule your free consultation you'll have a brief form to complete. This gives me some information to consider prior to our call. During our call we will discuss your business, the areas you need assistance with, and the monthly package that would work best for you. From there, if it seems we would work well together, I would send you and invoice and an additional form to complete based on the type of work I will be doing.
  • What software are you experienced with?
    For my virtual assistant business I use G-Suite, Microsoft Office 365, Dubsado, Canva, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Trello and others. If there's a software not mentioned, please inquire to see if I know the software or if I feel I could learn it.
  • Where are you located?
    I'm located in beautiful Beaumont, AB but work with clients from all over Canada and the USA.
  • How long have you been a virtual assistant?
    I've been involved in adminstrative roles and entrepreneurship for over 25 years. I started DCS Admin Services in 2018.
  • What hours do you work?
    Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm Friday 9:00am - 12:00pm
  • I am unable to find a time on your calendar that works for me? Can I schedule for an evening or saturday appointment?
    Yes, most likely that is possible. Contact me directly at christa@dcsadminservices.com to see if I can find a suitable option for you.
  • How will you keep my private information safe?
    I am very careful when handling your sensitive information and utilize specific security measures to protect your data, including two-factor authentication, and using only private WiFi connections.
  • How long do you take to get back to messages from clients?
    As I am often occupied with client projects, I am not always available to immediately answer your email. Your communication, however, is very important to me and I will respond to your email in a timely fashion.
